My car is not finished yet. I got it back Went to drive out of parking spot turning left and heard tire rubbing. Went inside Broken strut missed. Told fixed Got it back now window on new door not working. Still waiting to be fixed told they have to wait for loaner vehicle

Scheduled for a Monday to bring it in. Luckily I called to verify Friday afternoon before hand and was told the loaner car not available because 3 of their cars were in accidents and waiting for repair. But no one called to tell me. I had changed my work schedule to make Monday work. Now they had my car 3 weeks Still not fixed and having to wait for loaner car with no one telling me when date will be. Was told on Monday I would get call later which I was told meant Tuesday. By Thursday still no call so I called and told still waiting for loaner
