The paint is orange peeled. Looks like it didn't get wet sanded and wheeled out. Overspray in inside of vehicle. Swirl marks in hood where no damage was present to begin with.

Yes. They kept me informed every step of the way. They coordinated a rental car that fit the size of my family and didn’t charge me for it while my car was there. My car we very clean when I picked it up and the work was high quality. Jackie and Tonya (?) were professional, friendly and accommodating. I recommend this dealer frequently.

The repair work was excellent. I also paid extra to have some chips and scratches repaired. I thought they would be able to do more than they were able to do to fix those things. So, that part was a disappointment.

Working with Jackie was an excellent experience. She took the time to look at everything I wanted done. She let me know what insurance would cover and what would be out of pocket expenses. She is personable and knowledgeable. I had lots of questions and requests and she was very accommodating which is ultimately why I chose to take my car to Jim Winters.
