The staff were very personable and professional, keeping me updated every step of the way from drop off to pick up and were happy to answer any questions I had about the repair process. The text message updates were especially helpful in keeping me informed. The end result of the repairs were excellent and I couldn't be happier. My experience with Jimmy’s Auto repair was excellent! I would highly recommend them to friends and family. I dealt with one of their staff members Glenn. He was extremely pleasant, curteous and very helpful. He kept me well informed along the way regarding the status of my vehicle and gave me the impression/feeling he was someone I could trust.
