Repairs were made in the time frame given. People were friendly and responded to my questions and calls. The car looks fine. The black plastic cover for the hatch back has a small gouge or scrape that wasn’t there before. I did not see it when I picked up car, but saw it when I got home. With all that’s going on, I did not follow up. Jimmy’s has been reliable.

I received my crv with white hands marks like dust on the driver door more scratches on the passenger rear bumper looks like cat scratches and a dent in the middle driver top frame in between the driver and passenger door to be honest I am not satisfied feel like i got robbed for 500$ and more damage to my car I had one dent on the car that Glen pointed out and it was on my driver front fender I was not a bad customer so i should not have received bad service i called today aswell but they where close so I can elaborate the damage asap
