It is never a good day when your car needs to have repairs due to a car accident, however it definitely helps when the body shop gives clear feedback on the repairs that are needed, keeps you updated of delays, and can still return the car timely and in better condition than before the accident occurred. The staff was professional and courteous and helped make the experience as positive as it could be. While all of the damage to my car was external - I almost thought I was getting into somebody else’s car since the dashboard dust-bunnies were removed and the interior was scrubbed clean of any previous usage that occurred since I purchased the car in 2017. I am impressed - a job well done!
