As, always, Jimmy's did an beautiful job for an excellent price. They also took care of the insurance claim and rental deatails - including arranging a pick-up at the shop and authorizationn for rental car coverage throughout the duration of the repair process. In fact, I barely needed to handle much myself. My only issue is that their texting service, which keeps their customers updated in regard to repair process, was not working well. I should have said something sooner, but this is no reflection on Jimmy's. Despite that one feature, my car was finished on schedule and looks better than new. Jimmy's made a normally hectic esperience a breeze and Ibwould definitely recommend them to anyone in need of repair work!

We did not get the text updates after the first week and had to call a few times for updates. The job took a week longer than expected and $4000 more than expected.
