I've always used and will continue to use your body shop when needed but I was a little disappointed that my tailgate was thrown in the scrap pile and scratched & dented pretty bad when I asked if I could keep it and was told yes - both at the first appointment to look at it and when I dropped it off for the week to get fixed. The original damage wasn't horrible and I thought I could keep it as a spare in case something happened later on when the truck was older. Now it will go to scrap for sure because it is really bad. I just was at a loss for words when I saw it and just left with it. Again - I'd still use Jim's b/c I know mistakes happen but I thought you should know.

They are the BEST!!! No one compares. I called around to most body shops in the Branson and Springfield area and no one gave me the time of day. A friend recommended me here, I came and showed them my Maserati. They were not afraid like everyone else. I got my car back in record timing with 10+ work. Thanks to Dillon and his amazing crew!
