I am always pleased with the amount of professionalism and kindness from the staff. I was surprised to see that when we got our car back, the inside had been detailed. Whether that’s just standard practice or someone had seen that there had clearly been children in the car and thought it be nice to just give a fresh start, I was exceptionally grateful. Thank you!

Such great service!!! Scheduling was easy and they had my car finished quickly which was such a relief. The work looks fantastic and they even cleaned my car and that took a lot since I live on a dirt road! This is the second time we’ve used Jim’s and we will continue to take our cars here because they do excellent work!

Paint looks great and body lines look good, but I noticed my hood has a big deep scratch in it after getting it back from the body shop. Also when they cleaned the truck they didn’t clean all the body dust out of the bed so I have to go wash all that myself. Other than that it was pretty good and I’m happy with it.
