Mike and Shawn were attentive and explained how things would go and assured me that they would keep me in the loop as far as my vehicle goes. The job was done in an efficient amount of time and was quality work. My car was sparkling clean when I picked it up and smelled great, which was a nice change since my rental from Enterprise smelled like cigarette smoke! I would definitely recommend to others to get all their work done at Jim’s.

Jim's Collision Center was very open with communication on the progress of my repairs. The repairs were completed within a reasonable timeframe. Car was returned in excellent condition. Interior and exterior was detailed. Associate reassured repairs would be covered for the life of the car.
