Karen and Mayra were amazing from start to finish. I’m missing two pieces for my front doors that cover the screws on the inside can someone find them and hold them for me so they can be installed when I come back?

From start to finish JJ Autobody was excellent. Most people are compelled to write a review based on negative experiences, but this is the rare instance where the service was excellent. I walked in hoping to at least get an appointment scheduled soon and was actually picked up 30 minutes later by Enterprise to get my rental (dropped my car off that morning to start repairs). Karen kept me up to date with the estimate revision, her communication with my insurance company, and progress on tear-down, parts, timeline, and completion. If the insurance company had replied soon I would have had my car back in under a week. At pickup she walked me through the repair and I had the good fortune to but into Johnny, the owner. He came over to make doubly sure I was satisfied so far and it felt genuine. I also got to meet his brother and got to talk shop about the mechanical side of my car which is always appreciated. These two and their team really know their stuff. The lifetime warranty on their work is also too good to pass up. I’ll be recommending them to friends and family here in Houston at the drop of a hat. Thanks again guys!

This was my second vehicle that i take to JJ and i have nothing but good things to say! The girls in the office are very friendly, welcoming and answered any questions i had. They explained everything to me and handled everything with the insurance! The work itself was great! My trucks looked good as new when i picked them up from the shop. Only thing was the timeframe, it did take a month for them to be completely finished but i understand parts need to be ordered and good work takes time. Thanks for everything guys! Hopefully i won’t have to go back but if i ever need repairs done, i know where to go!
