J&J was great about getting my car in for repairs in a timely manner, way better than the other shops in town! They were also very good about keeping me up to date on the status of the repairs. I’m very impressed! I hope I don’t have anymore accidents, but if I do, my car will be back at J&J Truck and Autobody.

The work was not completed to my satisfaction and the team that worked on my truck lied to me about communication with my insurance company and failed to complete a Through investigation into the damage of my truck. Instead they submitted partial and false information to the insurance company and lied telling them they received the information from my diesel mechanic. They did not ask if I was satisfied with work instead they were more interested in collecting my money and moving on to the next dissatisfied customer. I am now having to take my truck to another body shop to complete the work that should have been done at J&J.
