Staff was great to work with overall but my low score comes from lack of communication. When I dropped my truck off I was told it was a two day repair. Am issue came up with a part- those things happen. But no one pro actively reached out to update me and I ended up needing to call for updates. The repair wasn’t done til Thursday. Fortunately I had a loaner car to use.

I was promised that if I brought my car in on Sept 30 at 7 am that it would be worked on immediately. There was no one there at 7 am! Not sure when work really started but at one point a part that had been ordered when the estimate was made was discovered that it had arrived damaged —- I think it should ha e been checked when it came in. I called many times to check on the status and the customer service person was not informed about my concern. The only reason that I did not rate this a 1 was because I finally got help from the customer service person and the manager . They arranged for me to have a loaner car on Oct 18th for my scheduled airport trip. And delivered the car to my home so that I would have it for the following weekend.
