People were friendly. Job & actions were done timely enough. One complaint: I had to wait a week for the insurance company to approve work. I had to wait weeks for the work to be completed. No problem. However, when work was completed J&L called insurance and essentially terminated the car rental. It was inconvient for me to get my car instantly. I waited why not J&L?

The only reason I was less than completely satisfied is that the radio code was not reset after the radio had been disconnected. I didn't have the code so I had to go back and get it reset. However, the code was reset for me and I am now all set.
