My experience with Robert Hernandez could not have been better from start to finish. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and eased any concerns I had along the way. 5 star service feels like an understatement. The car that came in was my daughter’s car. I know because of the care of Robert and your Collision department, my daughter is safe and her car was fixed correctly. Now I need to get rid of my GMC and buy a Lexus because I never want to have to deal with any other company again. Thank you so much for a perfect experience.

Car accidents are awful. But JM Lexus was wonderful. Their Collision Center was very professional and very helpful. They helped coordinate everything including renting a car. I was very impressed with their service and caring.

Robert from collision on a recorded line said that Lexus would wavie the additional days that I had the rental for. Upon picking my car up, that was not true and I had to pay ~$700+ for the extra rental days. As my damaged car was only supposed to take 8 days to fix. Not 21 days
