I was given weekly, and at the end, daily status updates about my car. Never have I been communicated with in such a manner of respect and courtesy from a business. It was so nice to not sit around guessing. Now to my repairs. My car looks brand new, beautiful! The car accident I had was not just a fender bender, my car needed extensive repairs.
