The repair work was beautiful and the detailing/cleaning was really appreciated and well done. I was also happy with the constant updates and status. Probably the only thing I would have appreciated more was reaching out to me when parts were on order because I felt I needed to call and schedule and also to find out the status. It was about a month of parts on order which I don't know if is reasonable or long or short time.

Telling me I can use Zelle was a big issue. I used it and it only caused problems because it limited me to $1000 and wasn't warned about that. When I asked customer service if she knew about that, she said yes. I asked why she didn't mention it (because I didn't bring any cash or check) she shrugged and said all banks are different. But it would be nice to know this could be a problem since she already knew it would be. Then once I sent the $1000, they flagged it for fraud because I never send you $ before via Zelle. So, that was messy and tainted my experience. It also delayed me picking up the car and having to deal with my bank for hours to get that money released (or actually cancelled) so I could drive back later with a check, which was obviously much easier.
