Herbie and Paul Nunez always called me to give me an update as to what stage my car was in so that I would know what they were doing and what was going on and what was needed and when I was able to pick up my car and that was the greatest help I had since I just needed to be updated on the steps they were professional they were knowledgeable they were patient they were the nicest guys taking care of me and my car thank you for having such wonderful people working for you .

I brought my Lexus in for a sunroof repair and my experience with the repair services was excellent. Herbie was very helpful informative he took the time to explain the entire process and was extremely patient with me which I truly appreciated. I wanted to comment the lady in the rental department for outstanding customer service, she made me feel that my concerns mattered specially when I mentioned the issue with the unpleasant order in a rental, I was initially provided. She properly insured that I was satisfied and offered a solution that made a big difference. Overall, my experience at the Lexus repair service was amazing. I sincerely want to thank everyone involved for their professionalism, Care and exceptional service.
