A part to cover the bumper was left behind n the trunk-I didn’t receive a call back after I reached out Thursday-The floor mats should have been removed to enable vacuuming under as well as the top of the mats-

I am extremely disappointed on the service. First of all the communication flow was not as expected as I had to chase the person in charge either by text or phone for an update. I was informed the repain would be completed in six days and it took a month. I picked up my car yesterday and the paint does tone or hue does not match. I discussed this with the technician and the manager, who atated to being it back. I agreed with the staff i would return on Mondy the 16th and now i’m bieng told to come back on the 23rd which was not agreed and unacceptable. This is not the type of service i expected from JM the job is not a 1st class and feel as if this would be a cheap Maaco sercixe to say the least.
