I still have some part of the items on backorder I've been told. I was able to pick up my car after about a month because the part that is missing is supposedly leather for the back seat, but my car was still drive able. Also, after driving it, I soon realized that there is still a problem mechanically. The blinkers won't shut off automatically after I turn to go around a corner or turn onto another street. I've called to report these matters and did discuss the issues with someone, but I've never received a follow-up call. And I would think that the missing section of leather would have been received by now

The staff person at the desk was very friendly and helpful when I picked up my car, but the mechanic walking by was obviously in a very bad mood, and he made it quite obvious when I tried to offer some friendly support about it being a Friday. He was just rude. And a few weeks later when I called again about the blinker and backorder, they couldn't seem to find out which shop had even worked on it, and have never called me back, so I'm very disatified about the overall lack of professionalism in not even bothering to call me back, plus, it's extremely hard to remember to turn your blinker off when you're unable to hear that it's still on.

Repair wasn’t fixed properly the first time, was left without a car for a week after that, no initiative was taken to get me a car to drive, also was hesitant to take the car back after the the repair was done wrong. Tore up my front left tire as well when the repair was done incorrectly. Was at least given a replacement tire. Overall very unprofessional and poor service. Won’t be bringing my business here again.

Amazing job making my car as close to new as I can be and went above and beyond with cleaning out the inside and washing the outside. Very satisfied and will always go here in the future.
