Jessica was the one who handled my car repairs. She was very professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. The overall experience with Joe Stewart was excellent. Everyone there were professional and did their job. First off, I want to make sure I give some back story. I was having some issues with what the insurance quoted me to get the car fixed so I stopped by Joe Stewart body shop and spoke with Heath. He never once made me feel like I was stupid or did not know what I was talking about he listen and communicated what I needed to know. During this whole process he was extremely helpful communicative and helped me deal with the insurance company. I work alot and travel a lot so this was extremely helpful. The body work was handled with utmost care and you can tell they take pride in what they do. I picked up my car and there was something I did not expect. They even cleaned out my car and organized my stuff. I am a working mom and I travel alot for work. This made my day. The lady that cleaned my car did a great job and I appreciate it so much. Giving the customer the small things makes a difference. Definitely recommend and will be going back if I have any body work that needs to be done. I really appreciate you Heath Kreiner!!
