Zero communication initiated by the shop advisor on updates or estimated completion date. Finally after several messages the advisor started speaking to me when I called. The only time he called me was when I left a message for the manager to call.

Thurmon was beyond helpful! I came in to get an estimate in July and was not able to get my car fixed until September, and he still remembered me and what my car needed.
