Satisfied but disappointed that we didn't receive a tow bar cover as part of our estimation. We now have to order that. Also, waiting on another part to come in for fog light.

Time to fix our vehicle took well over two and a half weeks. We were told the vehicle was ready for pickup and upon arrival the paint had a lot of debris in it. They had to re-buff so they had it an additional 2 days. Now we have had the vehicle back and have noticed one of the running lamps on the front where it was supposed to be repaired is not working. I will not be back to have my vehicle repaired here. I was not aware there was new ownership, and from all the issues we had, and the extended time it took, we will choose another auto body shop.
