My agent suggested taking it to Karl”s collision , they padded the estimate so much with extras that it totaled the car ! It only had two damaged front rims and tires and needed an alignment .. I’m a 26 year Audi Volkswagen Master tech and I had inspected the car prior to taking it in and that was all I found . So I took it to Joel’s where they found exactly what I had found , 2 wheels and tires and it needed an alignment . I this is the second time Karl’s was suggested and it caused issues . Joel’s did an honest job and it was done correctly without trying to scam insurance. They do trustworthy estimates and trustworthy work . Joel’s kept me in the loop and finished the work in a timely fashion.

Concerned about first estimate $3700 to final bill of $8000 something. How can you miss it that much. Painted hood. I didn't see any damage. I was with them making that estimate looking at the car. Later said some minor brackets need to be replaced. And then hood had a scratch. Never saw it.

Was to be ready in 10 working days because we were going on a trip and needed the car. At the end they found damage to hood and said it needed painted. Not delivered on time as started.
