Dropped off on Dec 29 for appointment on Dec 30. No communication from them. We called them after week one. No work even started. Called again after week two. Not ready. Finally called me and said my car was ready on day 19.Went to pick up car and not ready for almost another week on end of day 25 on Jan 23. No apology from owner.
