It's not finished. Missing a part and still has a broken part. You let me run out of gas because you couldnt be bothered to put a couple gallons in while repairing. I couldnt make it half a mile to the nearest gas station. You didn't notice major damage to the front portion of the frame until I pointed it out.

Repairs were delayed several times, we had to call multiple times due to lack of call backs or updates when requested. Okay with delays as I know things come up, but communication could be improved. All employees were nice and helpful, just lack of follow up.

When I back up or go over the bumps my left rear muffler noise it hit to the bottom of the car , regarding on my insurance estimates the muffler should to replace the new one i don’t know why your guys didn’t replace it!!! Could you please take a look and review the estimate and take care of my car muffler. Thank you!
