Absolutely HORRIBLE service. The office manager was Silvie B. They had my Land Rover for about 3-4 weeks and when I got it back, the battery cover was missing inside the hood, the right headlight was not working, brakes had to be pressed down way too hard to be normal (brakes were working fine before I gave them my car), and did not even bother to fix what I had issues with (tire air valve). Not to mention that they would NEVER give me the status of my car. I had to call them repeatedly and when I did to see how they were doing, they would just say it was almost done and there was just one more part missing. First it was the impact bar then it was the piece under the bumper. Went on for 2 weeks. Invoice said that they repaired the mangled license plate framing and it was $50. Came to pick up the car, THAT LICENSE PLATE FRAME WAS STILL AS MANGLED AS IT WAS BEFORE I GAVE THEM MY CAR. I have a dash cam in my car that records everything when the car is running, even if the car door opens it'll record. I watched it back and they never test ran the car properly (drive the car to make sure there were not any other problems). Their website says stress free for customers, I have been nothing but stressed about my vehicle.
