The job was done efficiently and with care. Sylvie was extremely warm and informative every single step of the way. We received updates almost daily and the work was itemized and easily understandable. She even came in on a holiday to make sure we had our car back early. One of the best body shop experiences I’ve had.. Silvie and her staff were extremely professional and i didn’t even need to call to get updates. They were texting very periodically , giving me updates about my car.. You always hear horror stories about collisions centers, but this one was different. First time for me at Symes Collison. Sylvie was really fabulous to deal with. The parts needed for the job were ordered and in their paint department by the time I dropped of the vehicle. I dropped it off on Monday morning, and picked it up on Tuesday morning. Car was detailed inside and out. Can't say enough about this company. Professional, great repor with their customers, and overall a beautiful job. Highly recommended!

My car looks the same as before the accident. The frustration was in the delay. When I dropped off the car I was told it shouldn’t last longer than a week but it did and was delayed twice.
