Upon entering Johnny's Custom Auto Body on December 2, 2025, I knew I brought my car to a shop where the customer comes first. Ray kindly explained the processes of repairs and open my eyes to the insurance world. Not only did Ray provide information through this process, he was my advocate with the insurance company - he had my back...something I did not expect. Ray is an estimator for Johnny's Custom Auto Body and a professional in his field. In my opinion he worked my auto repair with due diligence and expertise. His goal is to provide customer service at an exceptional level...simply, less out-of-pocket cost for the customer and restoring the car to pre-collision condition. Again, something I did not expect. Upon completion of my car, I had typical questions about repair which were all answered by Johnny and Ray with satisfaction.
