It was John who assured me that he would fix the car. I trusted him because I had another job done the year before. Great customer service and great staff. My car was transformed! They cleaned the car inside and outside. It looked new! I was stunned and very happy. John set everything up and deserved the biggest thank you ever. You will see that years of experience built John’s Auto Body! They treat everyone with care and respect. John and staff are guide the process and the kindness and efforts of the staff go above and beyond for your car! It is twice now where I was taken care of and my car was in good hands from the beginning to I drove out with a car that looked new. Outstanding! It seems to have taken a while for you to get started and to contact me with updates. But after that, you kept me informed and got the job done. I am totally satisfied with your work and your professionalism. It was indicated that I had some other issues with my vehicle before the accident , but when I asked about it I was told that the vehicle had been thoroughly checked out and that there were no issues whatsoever that were or were not related to the accident. I’m hoping that you did check the vehicle thoroughly and not just the accident area. Your staff is great and I enjoyed working with them.
