Eddy from John's Auto Body was very professional. When I first came here, he explained everything to me in detail what needed to be done on my car without rushing. He was very polite and patient. This is very different from my other experiences with mechanics, since I am a woman. I was in a car accident, and he dealt with the insurance and part ordering in a timely manner. Eddy did a very good job with fixing my car. He went above and beyond what I expected him to do. Initially we agreed that the car will be in the shop for a week. I brought the car on Monday morning, and on early Friday afternoon it was ready to be picked up. In addition, he cleaned my car inside and out so well I thought I was in a brand new car. I will definitely come back to him in the future. I would give him more than five stars if that was possible.
