From the moment I called they were so kind, polite, caring, and helpful. They kept me updated the whole time they had my car. They fixed my car faster than they had anticipated. Very thankful for the help I received. A job well done!

On February 3rd I got the scariest phone calls.. Lexie called and said she was in a wreck. Now.. just my luck.. I’m on day 3 of Covid.. but when I heard how scared my baby was I totally forgot that I was sick! Adrenaline ain’t no joke! I could not get to her fast enough!! Opelika PD was AMAZING!! They kept her calm and made her feel as comfortable as possible! When I finally get to her, I’m thinking I’m going to get her and take her back home with me.. NOPE.. she went on in to work and pulled her whole shift! Opelika PD had released her car to a towing company in Opelika that I wasn’t familiar with, so I called Jones paint and body.. knowing it was going to need body work anyways. Man.. I’m so glad I did! They picked her car up that day! They kept me informed on the progress! And the customer service was TOP of the LINE!! Today I got the call that her car was ready and we could come on and get it.. the excitement on Lexie’s face when she saw her car was priceless!! So now I have one happy kid with a JUST LIKE NEW car!!
