Not always updated but when I called they did take time to speak with us. Understand these are busy times and waiting for parts for repairs is common.

Customer service was fantastic, I appreciate how helpful everyone I dealt with was. The repair was pretty minor, but it is perfect. The car was also cleaned thoroughly, not sure how you guys got the paint looking so good, but it looked just like new. Thanks!

A++ service! Trevor was excellent in regards to the estimating process. Very responsive to questions and concerns, explained everything in a way I was easily able to understand! Repair was excellent! They even washed and vacuumed out the vehicle!
