Who ever performed the repairs, damage the wiring for my headlights when crushed it behind the core support and headlight mounting assembly and the customer service from the gentlemen that unplugged the truck when I picked it up was absolutely terrible, just my opinion but if a customer just spent a couple thousand dollars with you on repairs the last thing your employees should be doing is telling them how much of a "pile of shit" there vehicle is.

It was a long time before you were able to get the repair done. It didn’t really matter because it was drivable but I did wonder if you are always that backed up.
