We maintain an I-Car Gold Status for our business and 75% of our technicians are I-Car Platinum Certified in their specialty designation. I could not be happier with my experience at Jordan Ford Collision Center in San Antonio. After my 2024 Ford F-150 Lightning was damaged in a deer collision, I initially took it to another body shop. Early in that process, I became concerned about the proposed repairs—especially the possibility of using reconditioned or used parts—and ultimately made the difficult decision to have my truck moved to Jordan Ford. Although I live in Corpus Christi and had to arrange for the truck to be transported to San Antonio, choosing Jordan Ford was absolutely worth the extra effort. I specifically wanted a Ford-certified collision center with technicians who understood the unique systems and repair requirements of the F-150 Lightning. Jordan Ford had knowledgeable EV specialists and the Ford expertise I was looking for. My advisor, Gary Harvey, provided outstanding service throughout the process. He contacted me regularly with updates, answered my questions, and worked hard to ensure that my truck was repaired with new, genuine Ford OEM parts. That gave me tremendous peace of mind, especially because another shop had proposed using a reconditioned grille and wanted me to pay extra for OEM parts. The accident caused front-end damage as well as problems with the air-conditioning system, which was no longer cooling correctly. The Jordan Ford team addressed the damage properly, put everything back together beautifully, and returned my truck looking and operating great. Gary went out of his way to make sure everything was handled correctly, and his communication, professionalism, and dedication made a stressful situation much easier. I truly felt that both Gary and the collision team cared about the quality of the repair and about taking care of me as a customer. I highly recommend Jordan Ford Collision Center, especially to Ford Lightning and other Ford EV owners who want their vehicles repaired by people familiar with Ford technology.
