I had an extremely unprofessional experience with Jupiter Auto Body, specifically with the manager, Austin. I brought my truck in for what was essentially a small dent repair. Before any work began, I repeatedly attempted to contact the shop to discuss the estimate and authorize repairs, but nobody answered my calls and no estimate was ever properly provided to me. Despite never approving a $4,500 repair, they proceeded with unnecessary work anyway. When I objected and explained that I had never agreed to the repairs, I was effectively told I had no choice but to continue with the process or they would begin “scraping stuff off” my truck. I actually had to plead with the manager not to damage my vehicle. In the end, I felt pressured into paying $1,500 for a repair I never authorized and never wanted handled this way. To make matters worse, Austin told me he would notify me when the truck was ready for pickup, but never did. Because of that lack of communication, I missed my vehicle’s next scheduled appointment. This entire experience felt coercive, disorganized, and deeply unprofessional. I have already reported this shop to my insurance company as a business I do not believe should be recommended to customers. I would strongly caution others to get every estimate, authorization, and communication in writing before trusting this shop with their vehicle.

AUSTIN was extremely helpful. Worked with me on the estimate. Gave me a fair quote. Job was done very quickly and on time just as was told. Completed work looked great.
