Staff was excellent , professional and very knowledgeable. Within one day once carrier approved, appointment was set quickly and the car was ready early. Recvd emails to tell us progress of car. Jupiter Auto was very professional, responsive, cooperative w Insurer, specifically Austin, Andi, Barbara & Jason. Despite hard to obtain parts in North America, we were kept informed along the weeks. Auto Body work was done very well, recalibrated, etc. Car was completed, clean and well painted. Trustworthy and highly recommendable.

Only thing I wasn't happy about is that my car was ceramic coated. It could have been sent out 2. Have the repair area coded?But I was told that the shop doesn't do that. Why not that's more money?
