Everyone was helpful and interactions were positive. Only issue was I had to call to get a status update on work vs. a quick message to let me know everything was proceeding on schedule. Not a huge issue. More of a minor recommendation.

I declined having my entire front bumper replaced for a couple of small but deep scratches. I would have thought they would have touched them up with a little paint. Not so. Otherwise happy with the other part of the work.
