The office staff is wonderful. They arranged for my rental car to be picked up at their shop when I dropped off my vehicle, which differed from the rental company wanting me to shuttle them back to Wausau. I appreciated them taking care of that for me. My car looked great when I picked it up. Jay and his staff did a wonderful job for me all around.
