The reviews for K&W were spot on! I’m glad I chose this location. I used a competitor previously and the paint match was horrendous! I did not want that to happen again. This time my vehicle looks brand new again!

The only reason I selected a little less than 10 is because on the day I brought my vehicle in, it took about 30-45 minutes to verify or validate if I had an appointment to drop off. I spoke with someone on the phone about a week earlier…not sure what happened following that conversation. However, it all worked out

I have unfortunately had to get my cars fixed multiple times and each time I’ve brought them here. The team here is amazing, courteous, educational, and professional. My cars always look brand new when I pick them up. K&W goes out of there way to ensure you feel well taken care of.

The truck returned with very minor imperfections—tiny pin-like marks. These were likely caused by oil residue on the paint gun, but they were almost unnoticeable. There was also some damage to the passenger wheel well, which was reshaped. I’m grateful for the fix, as it wasn’t included in the original estimate. Since they had access, I assumed they would fix it. The panel and pumper look amazing. Some areas probably required double-sided tape on the border trim, but overall, the truck came back with paint that matched the original color and style, and the damaged areas were fixed. I’m completely satisfied and would recommend this service.

Communication was very good and due to some quality concerns they had with the finished product they contacted me and also Communication was excellent. Due to some quality concerns with the finished product, they reached out to me and offered to assist with the cost of rental assistance transportation for the extended period of delay.
