Steve and the office staff were outstanding to deal with. I feel Steve went above and beyond for my auto needs! They keep ne aware of status of repairs frequently, which the paint job and repairs came out beautiful! My vehicle was also detailed inside and out when I picked it up! What an awesome surprise! I will never even consider another Auto Body Shop after using Kaisers in Latham! Highly, Highly Recommend!

The mechanics at Kaiser did a phenomenal job. The professionalism is clearly a 10 Steve did a great job quick and efficient. I was impressed from the beginning the way they greeted me the way they treated me not only that when I got into my automobile they also detailed my car on the inside, which I could not believe I was totally satisfied with the whole experience I recommend Kaiser to anyone who needs auto repair
