I was mostly satisfied with the work done on my vehicle. Overall, I was impressed with the workmanship and the speed with which they completed the job. The rear hatch doesn’t always open when I hit the button. May have to have it looked at.

When I picked it up I had to return it the same day tithin two hours because the bottom bumpers weren’t connected to the car, when I got home I saw the rubber on the windows were not connected either and damaged, now I’m waiting for an order to come in for replacement of that. What else gonna happen from this one simple repair?

They’re ok. I just wish they used all new parts to make the repairs and I’d prefer if I didn’t have to come back and have them re-repair my car that used to run perfectly.

I’m concerned that post accident and post repair, I’ve already had to return to Caliper Collision to re-repair the strut on the driver’s side because it is rattling terribly. Previous to the accident, there were no mechanical problems with the car.
