Everyone I interacted with was professional and friendly. The whole process from when my insurance company gave me their contact info to when I picked up my vehicle was easy and I was kept informed via text as to where they were in the process. If I had the need for their services again I'd definitely use them and would refer others.

Repair Team and customer service was amazing - fantastic job on the actual scratch repair, however, the complimentary interior detailing job did not meet the same standards. Many wet spots from the cleaning supplies/chemicals used were left on my screen and dash. Additionally, I believe the re-installation of the driver side door panel was not done correctly, leaving slight issues with the window weather seal.

Debra at the front desk was very efficient and knowledgeable about how everything was going to work in regard to my repairs. My car was finished before promised both times in a month. Car looks brand new. When you have an accident you need compassion and everyone at vive was kind and compassionate.
