My only complaint is that the completion date kept being pushed out. The initial time was about a week but it ended up being over two weeks. The repairs look good and the staff was friendly and professional.

The service at Gerber was excellent. We were kept informed of progress on a daily basis by our technician. Gerber handled all the insurance processing without a hitch. And they made it so easy to pick up and drop off my car rental! I would refer them to all my friends without any hesitation!

The order of texts were confusing...first the estimate has been sent; then repair is underway; then the parts are here and the repairs will start; then your nearing completion; then your replacing damaged parts. This is this order of the texts on different days. You were clear about the estimated completion. But it sounded like it might be done early so I had to find rides to get to work because your closer to work than home. Then it wasn't, very frustrating.
