At first, it was a bit unnerving that they took over from the second I walked in their door, asking for a work estimate. But it really was quite a relief that they took care of everything dealing with the insurance company renegotiating the work that needed to be done and the payment for it, and taking care of my rental car. It really was seamless and everyone was fabulous and personable, and also professional. My car was returned to me cleaner than I brought it in.

This experience was 100 percent perfect. There was a lot of communication that the collision center supplied throughout the time my car was being serviced. My car looks great along with the complementary detailing. Most importantly the staff was friendly and professional. I would recommend Cole’s Collision.

Coles collision was a top notch, body shop in all aspects of my dealings with them. They stayed in constant communication, the work was done in a timely manner, and my car looked fantastic when receiving. I would highly recommend this collision center.

3rd time we have had to use Cole's. The process is so easy from the first assessment to pick up. Great communication about what is happening. Seamless experience from handling insurance adjuster to car rental. Highly recommend Cole's. They make a terrible experience a little easier.

c70 chrome badging was not installed. first repair attempt had cracks visible in the paint indicating the new genuine volvo bumper cover was never purchased but still charged for, also the whole repair experience took 3 to 4 times longer than expected/ quoted. without the c70 volvo badging paid for and not installed, the repair is not complete. i expected much better quality control. would not recommed as i feel the repair is not complete.

Excellent craftsmanship and job well done, everything back to normal as if it was a brand new car, quick professional prompt service as well as keeping me updated weekly and sometimes more until the work was completed. Everyone in the shop and the front office was very informative, nice and professional and when it was time to pick up my car, it was waiting outside, professionally detailed, and ready to go as soon as I pulled the rental in their lot… Awesome work would highly recommend anyone that ever has to go through the terrible process of getting into an accident to have their vehicle fixed here at Coles Collision!
