I loved how easy the process was from having a rental car available when I dropped off my car to the regular updates to completing and sending in the final paperwork for me. The car repair was beautifully done as well!

Understanding it’s hard to remove “all” the glass from my windshield impact. There is still an unacceptable significant amount of glass all over the cab. Large shards not just fine dust. Pieces you can grab with your hands. I have a toddler, this is not a safe situation.
