Cole’s Collision in Nassau did great work on my vehicle. It did take a little longer than I had hoped, but was completed on date they expected. Jess at the desk was never annoyed by calls and questions. Would highly recommend.

We are very satisfied with Cole’s Collision! The entire team was incredibly professional, both over the phone and in person. They did an excellent job repairing our car, and we really appreciated the extra touch of vacuuming the inside as well. Their service was outstanding from start to finish. The only problem was the rental car from enterprise. They tried to jack up the price to over twice what Coles had said. I had to argue with the enterprise guy. But that wasn’t Cole’s fault. I was very happy with the work and result and price was ok.

Quickly scheduled, and repaired very nicely office staff was great. One problem with a rental from Enterprise. They tried to hustle me for 4xs the amount quoted. I had to argue with them in the parking lot and still paid way over the amount I had expected. I should have asked a friend but I had to pick up kids at camp. I ended paying $56.00 rather than $30.00

Quick scheduling great staff. Good job. But I was told I could get a rental for about $30. When the car came the Enterprise guy tried to hustle me for $126.00 for one day. Yikes I would have asked a friend but I had to get kids at camp and 30 sounded reasonable. Since he was already there with a car he ended up gettin $56.00 out of me. So I was not at all happy about that. You might consider not using or suggesting them.

I give them a 10 for the repair. The guys did a fabulous job of restoration back to where it was. I cannot in good faith recommend them without explaining to someone that it took excessive time for the repair. BUT no complaints at all on the work. EXCELLENT JOB!

The work done was spectacular and the color matched beautifully. My car looks perfect. The amount of time was ridiculous for the small amount of damage. The cost excessive. There was no excuse for 29 days. The girls in front are wonderful.

It could have been better. More updates were needed on the progress, and why it took so long. I suspect the owner/manager is responsible for the lack of communication, not the office girls.
