From Tina and crew to Melissa, I think that’s her name, were on top of everything. Caliber has a GREAT staff at the 7 oakwood Ave location in Troy. I did get a call from a random guy that acted like he was running the show. He needs to step back and let Tina and her ppl do their job. No need for a new 2 cents when Tina already has the dollar. Great service and communication. Highly recommended this location.
