I had a great experience with Caliber Collision getting my car fixed for some dents and scratches over the back wheel. The team did a fantastic job with the repair, and the paint looks completely seamless. Even better, I asked if they could finish it a bit early, and they actually delivered my vehicle a day before the set date! Excellent customer service and top-notch work. Highly recommend

They were great. My only issue was I had an appointment, but my car sat in the lot 3 days before work started, and I was paying for a rental. It appeared to be a Manpower issue. Ramon was excellent at keeping me updated and worked extra hard to meet our original projected timeline. Thank you Ramon!

My car took closer 2 1/2 months to get completed after a month and a half. They still hadn’t even ordered parts that they need. There was much more struggles in that process and the timing didn’t seem to be correct in the completion of my car. Also, there was more damage to the interior of my car, including my blinker was not connected. It was snapped off and that’s going to cost me another a few hundred dollars.
