Work was good, but other shops won't annoy me and then disappear when they have e a problem. Professionals reach out before there's an issue, not after. That's a strong reason to consider a competitor.

I was texted twice a day leading up to the date I should have gotten the car and then ghosted for 3 days before I wad made aware that not all parts would be sourced or equipped to the car. Furthermore, I have gotten texts every day since I picked it up. Your communication style is inappropriate, I worked in car repairs for 20 years and would absolutely address this. Don't harass people and then disappear when you have to produce.

It’s hard to get a person on the phone. If they are busy it rings out to the national call center where apparently nobody exists. I ended up driving over there because it was impossible to phone.

There work was fine. The long wait time was not Gerber’s fault. BMW had a part in completing the work. They caused the delay.

On the whole i was satisfied with Gerber Collision. The workmenship was excellent. My car looks great. There was an issue with the amount time Gerber had my car. That issue was not Getber’s fault however. My only complaint was with Gerber’s communication with me as to the when I would get my car.
