I think that you kept my car too long for repair. My other guy usually keeps my car incase I need to bring it to him for 3 days. I was referred by the insurance to you guys big mistake and I also have some scratches on my car that was not there. It's my first and last time with you guys.

When picking up the vehicle there was a black mark on the top of the bumper( only the under black part was being replaced). There was also a seat folded down( which was not down when leaving my vehicle) and in the truck there was puddles of water( thankfully I had heavy duty rubber custom mates that hold water) as if the truck hatch was left open. It was a rainy day on Tuesday when my vehicle was being repaired, I had to carefully take out the mate to dump the water out. I addressed the black mark with them and was told it was there prior. I believe that my vehicle was used to pick up the bumper( which is longer than the vehicle and it made the mark on the bumper and the hatch was left open in travel due to the water.
