The mechanics at Kaiser did a phenomenal job. The professionalism is clearly a 10 Steve did a great job quick and efficient. I was impressed from the beginning the way they greeted me the way they treated me not only that when I got into my automobile they also detailed my car on the inside, which I could not believe I was totally satisfied with the whole experience I recommend Kaiser to anyone who needs auto repair

They are very easy and pleasant to deal with. Communication was great. My car was dented due to a collision with a concrete column (!) but we were going south for 6 weeks. I dropped the car off when we left and picked it up the day we got back. Easy, peasy!
